Terms & Conditions

We would like all our visitors to be safe and enjoy the use of our fields. Please observe the following terms and conditions to ensure yours and your dog’s safety:

1.) Please remember that any of the dogs who use our field may be nervous or reactive and require space, both from other dogs and from people, in order to enjoy their freedom. So, be courteous and keep your dog in your vehicle until anyone using the field prior to you, is safely in their vehicle. Stay far enough away as to not cause upset to the dog currently using the field. Do not crowd the gate or field boundary if you are waiting for your turn to use the field.

2.) Please do not approach any dog without prior consent of its owner – and especially don’t approach another dog with your own dog.
All dogs must be kept on a lead until safely secured in the paddock car park or safely secured in your vehicle. Dogs must not be allowed to run free unless the parking area or paddock

3.) Please be courteous of other users of the paddock and do not block in any other vehicles.

4.) We kindly request that you close the gate properly to the carpark and paddock, to secure your dog in the field, and when vacating the field at the end of your booked time slot.

5.) All dogs and people who enter the field, do so at their own risk.

6.) Dogs should be supervised by their owner/handler at all times.

7.) All dog owner/handlers, attending the field are completely responsible for their dog(s) at all times.

8.) Children under the age of 16 should have adult supervision at all times. Please do not leave dogs or children unattended on the field.

9.) All play dates or events held in the field are completely at the organisers and participants own risk.

10.) Please always be aware of the time and be ready to leave the field at the end of your booked time slot. Every booking is for a maximum of 55 minutes only (unless multiple consecutive bookings are made).

11.) Field usage is completely reliant on a ‘Scoop your own Poop’ policy at all times. Poo bags and bins for disposal are provided for your use.

12.) Please ensure that you allocate time in your slot to check that you haven’t missed any ‘Poo’ left by your dog on the field.

13.) We only retain your contact details to contact you in case of a change in booking or any extenuating circumstances that require contact with the client(s)/hirer(s). The information is not shared with any other parties.

14.) Please take away all litter and cigarette ends.

15.) If you see a breach in our fencing, or your dog/children causes a breach, in the interest of
safety, please report this to us immediately.

16.) If applicable, any damage to any of our fencing or equipment will be payable by you.

17.) We also request that you respect neighbouring houses and livestock in close proximity and that you maintain control of your dog at all times. Please keep noise to a minimum.

18.) Should your dog escape from the field, any damage caused to property or other animals is completely your responsibility and is payable by you. Whilst our field is secure, we cannot 100% guarantee that it isn’t possible for a dog to escape. The boundary fence is 1.8 metres in height. We will not be held responsible if your dog(s) breach these boundaries. It is your responsibility to gauge your dogs ability of escaping from any of the field boundaries including the gate.

19.) You are required to adhere to your pre booked time slot at all times. If you arrive late, unfortunately, you will still need to vacate the field at your booking end time.

20.) All field use is pre-booked only. Please do not turn up unannounced, you WILL be turned away!

21.) Cancellations of less than 24 hours & ‘no shows’ will be charged the full booking price.

22.) If we deem it appropriate to cancel your booking, for example due to extreme weather conditions, we will offer an alternative date and time.

23.) We require all dogs to be immunised before using our fields. Please ensure your dog(s) are up-to-date with ‘worm’ treatments before using our fields for the health and safety of other dogs and people.

24.) Please ensure that your dog(s) are checked and treated regularly against flea & ticks.

25.) If your dog has shown signs of Kennel Cough, Sickness or Diarrhoea in the past 72 hours, we request that you do not use our facilities. Any dog showing symptoms of Kennel Cough, Sickness or Diarrhoea, will be asked to leave the field and no monies will be returned to owners for usage cut short.

26.) We will not be held responsible for any injury or illness contracted by any dog or person who use our fields.

27.) Paddock for Paws field, car park, dog equipment and child’s play equipment is used completely at your own risk, we will not be held responsible for your negligence. We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss or injury that occurs on our premises.

28.) Please be mindful we are a working kennels and livery yard. Do not feed any horses on site.
